Overview

The Glovo integration helps businesses handle on-demand deliveries quickly and seamlessly. With this setup, you can instantly request Glovo riders to deliver items whenever speed is critical—whether it’s fulfilling urgent customer orders or handling rapid point-to-point deliveries.

How it works

1. Connect Your Branches:

  1. Add your branch addresses.
  2. These addresses automatically sync with Glovo’s address book.

2. Enable Glovo integration

  1. Once your branches are connected, the Glovo integration is automatically activated.
  2. You’re ready to start requesting deliveries right away.

3. Create an On-Demand Delivery

  1. Navigate to the Glovo tab.
  2. Create a new delivery request for the item you want delivered.
  3. A Glovo rider is automatically assigned to pick up from your branch.

4. Track in Real-Time

  1. Monitor the rider’s journey directly from your dashboard.
  2. Keep both your business and your customers updated until delivery is completed.
